Stephen McCole is a singer-songwriter (Home Health Aide by profession) from Quincy, Massachusetts. Self taught, and with no formal musical education, Stephen composes in many genres. His music blends pop, jazz, rock, soul and show tunes, creating a sound that resonates with both sorrow and hopefulness. He has over thirty years of song writing experience.

His song writing and singing draw inspiration from many singers, songwriters, musicians, groups and composers, such as Barbra Streisand, Aretha Franklin, Ella Fitzgerald, Nat King Cole, Joni Mitchell, PJ Harvey, Georgie Fame, KISS, Radiohead, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Gustav Mahler, Frederic Chopin, George Gershwin and Cole Porter.
Stephen’s skillful musical storytelling standout in his expansive catalog of songs. His music weaves intricate narratives with piano and moving vocals. Currently, he is recording at home, adding to the dozens of recordings he’s done, and hoping to work with a producer to create a polished EP, and to sell his music.
